This year, we are celebrating our 10^th anniversary of fighting for justice in Appalachia.  In the last decade we have

• Secured millions of dollars in federal black lung benefits for coal miners and their families
• Defended the right to clean, safe drinking water for thousands of citizens in the coalfields
• Strengthened the protections for whistleblowers by representing dozens of coal miners illegally disciplined or fired for identifying safety violations in the mines
