Clearinghouse Review publishes Mary Cromer article on major ACLC water case
The current issue of the Shriver Center’s publication Clearinghouse Review features an article by ACLC environmental attorney Mary Cromer. “Clean Water in Eastern Kentucky: Stronger Enforcement Through Consensus“ describes ongoing litigation over two coal companies’ falsely reported Clean Water Act discharge monitoring reports and the state agency’s response to our clients’ attempts to secure remediation of the problem.
Clearinghouse Review is one of the premier journal for legal aid lawyers, equal justice advocates, and others working with low-income people to share ideas and inspire legal and policy innovation.
