WHITESBURG: Black Lung Documentary Screening 5/31

ACLC, in partnership with Appalshop, presents the PBS/Frontline documentary “Coal’s Deadly Dust,” a film about the rise of black lung disease in coal country by reporter and producer Howard Berkes. Join us on Friday, May 31st at the Appalshop Theater at 7pm for a screening, followed by a panel discussion with Berkes and miners featured in the film. This event is free and open to the public!
